Effective 01 October 2007, the Philippine Consulate General in Hong Kong requests the Public to submit applications relating to the following at THE CIVIL REGISTRY UNIT (CRU):

1. Report of Birth

2. Report of Declaration or Acknowledgement of Paternity

3. Application of Marriage License

4. Report of Marriage Solemnized in Hong Kong SAR

5. report of marriage solemnized in the pcg

6. report of legitimation

7. report of decree of divorce

8. report of clerical error and/or change of first name

9. report of reacquisition of citizenship

The public is requested to ensure that all required documents for the above-mentioned services are completed upon application to ensure that it will be expeditiously acted upon.
