Consul General Alejandrino A. Vicente as guest speaker at the opening ceremony of the Hong Kong Flower Show organized by the Leisure and Cultural Service Department in cooperation with Kababaihang Rizalista on Sunday, 16 March 2008 at Victoria Park.
