View this image in a larger map Notes on cash donations sent directly to Philippine relief institutions Those who wish to send cash donations for Typhoon Ondoy victims may, through any major bank in Hong Kong, remit cash directly to the Philippine accounts of the Philippine Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), Philippine National Disaster Coordinating Council (NDCC) and the Philippine National Red Cross (PNRC). The Office of the President, in partnership with Caritas, has also set up the Sagip Tulong Program, to provide a quick response in assisting victims of Typhoon Ondoy. The account and bank details of the foregoing institutions are listed below:

Philippine National Red Cross (PNRC) Branches of the Philippine Bankers Club member institutions in Hong Kong, namely: BDO Remit. Ltd., BPI Remittance Centre (HK), Ltd., DBP Remittance Centre (HK), Ltd., MB Remittance Centre, Ltd., PNB Remittance Center, Ltd., RCBC Remittance Centre will waive charges relative to remittances to their respective charities in the Philippines which are responding to the relief effort. Notes on non-cash donations Donations in kind are accepted in various drop points in Hong Kong. Unless specified, all donations in kind will be consigned to the Philippine DSWD, through the Special Import Facility delineated under Presidential Memorandum Order No. 36 signed by President Fidel V. Ramos which authorizes the importation and donation of food, clothing, medicine and equipment for use in government relief and rehabilitation programs for calamity-affected areas. Under this facility, the Philippine DSWD will answer for all charges of the donated goods once it reaches the Philippines.
Donors who wish to send their donated goods to institutions other than the Philippine DSWD may
approach LBC, A-Freight Cargo and Gen Ex Cargo for special arrangements.
