PACES Extends Application Deadline for Paaral-Parangal Scholarship In response to requests from some parents for more time to complete the required supporting documents, the Promotion of Philippine Arts, Culture and Education (PACES) has decided to extend the deadline for application for the Paaral-Parangal Scholarship Program to 15 April 2002.
