PRC Now Issues ID Cards The Philippine Consulate General in Hong Kong is pleased to announce that the Professional Regulations Commission (PRC) is now issuing identification cards in accordance with Republic Act No. 8981, otherwise known as the "PRC Modernization Act of 2000". Based on information received from the Department of Foreign Affairs, all Filipino professionals in Hong Kong who wish to apply and/or renew their PRC licenses may now submit their duly-accomplished application forms to PRC in Manila.
