NEW Race Relations Unit Set Up By Home Affairs Bureau The Home Affairs Bureau informed the Consulate General that a Race Relations Unit has been set up to enhance services to ethnic minorities. Aside from maintaining a hotline for inquiries and complaints on racial discrimination, the Unit also implements the publicity and educational projects as advised by the Committee on the Promotion of Racial Harmony. Persons aggrieved by discrimination on the ground of race, or their representative, seeking redress can write or call the Race Relations Unit at the following address and numbers:
