For the Completion of the Renovation and Fitting-out Works at the Official
Residence of the
Consul General
For the purpose of clarifying
the Terms of Reference for the Completion of the Renovation and
Fitting-out Works at the Official Residence of the Consul General dated 11
April 2005 and as allowed under existing regulations, attached, is an
amended version of Annex B of the Terms of Reference, Bid Documents, and
other requirements for the project reflecting material
preferences/specifications of the Procuring Entity as indicated for
certain items in the Schedule/Summary of Works.
All interested contractors are
advised to use the amended version as the reference point for the
preparation of their respective proposals for the project. Computer
diskettes containing the amended Schedule/Summary of Works are available
at the Philippine Consulate General Hong Kong, BAC Secretariat for
interested bidders.
