Revised Philippine Consulate General Schedule for the Peak Season

The Philippine Consulate General in HK SAR would like to inform the members of the Filipino Community in HK as
well as other individuals who wish to avail of consular, labor, and other related services regarding the
following adjustments in the opening schedule of the Consulate General during the "peak" processing season:
STARTING 14 NOVEMBER 2004, SUNDAY, UNTIL 31 JANUARY 2005, SUNDAY
PCG HK SAR will be open for processing of documents from 8 am to 5 pm, Sunday-Thursdays
STARTING 28 NOVEMBER 2004, SUNDAY, ISSUANCE OF OVERSEAS EMPLOYMENT
CERTIFICATES (OECS) WILL BE DONE AT THE BAYANIHAN CENTRE FROM 9 AM TO
4 PM BY A TEAM FROM THE PHILIPPINE OVERSEAS LABOR OFFICE-HK (POLO-HK)
ADDRESS: NO. 50 VICTORIA ROAD, KENNEDY TOWN (Opposite the Bus Terminal)
Bus Routes: Bus Nos. 1, 5, 5A, 5B, 5X, 10, 18, 101, 104, 113
The additional processing hours at the Consulate as well as the issuance of OECs at the Bayanihan Centre is being
undertaken in order to avoid overcrowding at the Consulate premises during the peak travel season from December
2004 to early February 2005.
All those who wish to avail of Consulate service are requested to apply for the processing of their documents at
the soonest possible time in order to avoid any last-minute rush. The understanding and cooperation of the public
is respectfully requested in this regard.
The public is likewise reminded that the Consulate General will be closed on 15 November 2004 (Eid al Fitr-Feast
of Ramadan), Monday and 30 November 2004, Tuesday, (Bonifacio Day). The Hong Kong Immigration Department has
already been duly informed of the closure of the Consulate on these two dates.
