Public Warning Against Possible Email Scam The Philippine Consulate General wishes to alert all Filipino nationals in Hong Kong about business proposals from the internet allegedly received from a certain Mrs. Sese-Seko who claimed to be the widow of the late President Mobutu Sese-Seko of Zaire, and Dr./Mrs. Aisha Kabila, wife of the late President Laurent Kabila of the Democratic Republic of Congo. In view of the unverified sources and authenticity of the business offers, members of the Filipino community are advised not to entertain the offers as these might possibly be e-mail fraud scams.
