The Philippine Consulate Trade and Investment Centre (PTIC) is the Philippine Government's Department of Trade and Industry's Representative Office in Hong Kong. Its main mission is to provide effective, business-oriented commercial representation services in the Special Administrative Region. Its main tasks include promoting and developing Philippine products and services to overseas markets, promoting inbound foreign investments into the Philippines, providing Philippine industries information on overseas markets and opportunities and assisting in bilateral and multilateral trade and economic negotiations.
PTIC-HK is the Hong Kong businessman's first stop information window on Philippine business opportunities. It offers the Hong Kong businessman with comprehensive range of services which include among others the following:

Processing of general enquiries on trade and investment related issues. PTIC liaises with various government agencies in servicing information on various commercial topics (e.g., supplier/product/service listings and statistics, trade and investment policies, regulations and incentives, listing of fairs, exhibitions and conferences).

Organizing group or individual buying missions for product sourcing, subcontracting arrangements, factory/site visits, retail tours.

Organizing exploratory investment missions to the Philippines. Programs include visits to industrial estates, economic zones, free ports, special business facilities and projects.

Arranging meetings with exporters, joint venture partners and relevant government agencies.

PTIC in cooperation with various government agencies also organizes seminars, conferences and roundtables on the Philippines in Hong Kong, selling missions, Philippine pavilions in international trade fairs and in-store promotions.
